Who is the Leap program for?
Anyone who knows exactly where they want to work, but have had difficulty in securing a job and/or need to polish their job-seeking skills.
Why choose it?
The Leap program is designed to round out your professional skills. It focuses on job-seeking and career progression. During the Leap program, you will complete a work trial that is aligned to the type of job you want to pursue, with the intention of having a job offer at the end (based on criteria being met).
How long does Leap run for?
5 days job preparedness (over 2 weeks) + 10 weeks of work experience.
What does it cost?
You will need to have SLES or CORE funding within your plan. We can provide NDIS assistance to help you obtain the funding you require.
