Who is the Navigate program for?
Anyone new to the workforce or those who still don't feel comfortable and confident at work.
Why choose it?
Being clear on who you are as a person is the first step to successful employment and finding a job you love. The Navigate programs will help you:
- Identify your core values
- Be clear on personal preferences and how that relates to work, including personality type, whether you like to work in a team or alone, whether you like to be indoors or outdoors etc.
- Highlight your current skills and experience
- Understand your goals, including salary level, ideal roster, how much time you need or want for other hobbies, commitments or family.
- Take all this information and apply it to finding an industry or employer that could be a good match for you
How long does Navigate run for?
1 day (3 hours) for 10 weeks.
What does it cost?
You will need to have SLES or CORE funding within your plan. We can provide NDIS assistance to help you obtain the funding you require.
