Will employment be offered after graduation?
No, employment is not guaranteed.
How often will the program be offered?
The program will run in Semester 1 2026, Semester 2 2026, Semester 1 2027, and Semester 2, 2027. Scholars will complete the program in one semester and cannot re-enrol in the program.
Are school staff required to support scholars in the program?
Yes, scholars must be supported by school staff.
How will this scholarship benefit my student/s?
The Dare to Dream Scholarship Program provides work incursions and job readiness skills to encourage scholars to dare to dream about their next steps in life after school.
Work incursions are provided in diverse settings offering scholars choice in their post-school goals and to enhance their employability skills.
Scholars will also learn about pathways and opportunities at Good Sammy and meet the team.
What should the parents/carers expect?
Parents will be a key part in their child’s success in the scholarship and their engagement and attendance will be important to the outcomes. We will actively engage with parents at key points throughout the semester, supporting and empowering them to help their child succeed.
We will provide up-to-date information about the NDIS and regularly check in on their child’s progress within the scholarship program.

Our team will review your information and check if you meet the program requirements.
Step 3: Attend an interview
Eligible students will be invited to a friendly interview to understand your goals and support needs.
Successful students will receive an invitation to enrol in the program starting Semester 1, 2026.
