Lotterywest

Good Sammy has transformed our Canning Vale headquarters thanks to the support of Lotterywest, delivering the most significant upgrade since the site was first built in 1980.

The redevelopment has created a modern, inclusive environment for the hundreds of people with disability who come to the site each year to work, train, and build their skills. Upgrades include accessible offices, bathrooms, and pathways, as well as new training spaces, an expanded reception, and refreshed areas for staff and visitors. The canteen — which provides employment for up to 10 people with disability — has also been enhanced to better serve the hundreds of meals it delivers each day.

Impact highlight: From ramps and automatic doors to accessible bathrooms and pathways, this upgrade has created a workplace designed for inclusion at every level.

This legacy project ensures Good Sammy can continue to grow and create more employment opportunities for people with disability well into the future. Together with Lotterywest and the people of Western Australia, we are building a workplace that sets the standard for inclusion.
