Containers for Change is a program that allows Western Australians to recycle their eligible drink containers for a 10-cent refund and divert these from landfill. Now, Good Sammy Enterprises is proud to help you efficiently implement this program into your workplace.
Our Collection Team will help you install the infrastructure and manage the collection, handling, and disposal of all your Containers for Change. By choosing our services, you’re not only contributing to a greener future, but supporting people with disability through employment.
How It Works
- Schedule a meeting: Complete the form below or give us a call to request a meeting. Our team will walk you through the process and identify the best collection infrastructure for your workplace.
- Infrastructure: We will deliver and install the collection infrastructure (bins, bags, and waste collection systems) to suit your workplace or venue. We will also work with you to develop signage on the infrastructure to promote your commitment to recycling. We will provide you with a collection agreement and identify the financial return on the containers you want.
- Education: Our team will provide you collateral and signage to educate your staff, customers or community on how and where they can recycle their containers. We can also provide content for staff emails, intranets and posters for lunch rooms.
- Convenient pickup: At your scheduled time, our dedicated collection team will arrive to collect the bags of containers. You don’t have to worry about transporting them to a recycling facility – we’ll handle it for you.
- Sorting and processing: Once collected, the containers are sorted and prepared for recycling. We work with trusted partners to ensure that the materials are properly processed, maximising their potential for repurposing.
- Environmental impact: By utilising our container collection services, you are actively contributing to the reduction of waste in our communities. Together, we can make a significant impact on the environment and promote a more sustainable future.
