Who we are

• We are a not-for-profit organisation. This means that any money we make goes back into supporting our services and helping people with disability.

• We help people with disability find jobs.

• We provide both training courses and on-the-job training to learn new skills.

Training courses are classes or programs where you learn new skills in a classroom.

On-the-job training is when you learn new skills while doing the job. You get support and practice as you work.

Employers are businesses or people who hire you to work for them.

Where you can work and the jobs you can do

You can work in many places and do a variety of jobs.

This means there are many different jobs you can do.

• Warehouses and sorting centres (organising and preparing goods).
• Trucks (driving and delivering).
• Gardening (caring for outdoor spaces).
