Who we are Training courses are classes or programs where you learn new skills in a classroom.
On-the-job training is when you learn new skills while doing the job. You get support and practice as you work.
What we do We help people get ready for work. We provide training to learn new skills. We support people to work in different jobs. We connect people with other employers . Employers are businesses or people who hire you to work for them.
