The Paul Ramsay Foundation supports Good Sammy’s Open Employment project, which is trialling new ways to help people with disability find and keep mainstream jobs.

Early results are promising, with high job retention, greater confidence for participants, and positive feedback from employers. These insights are helping shape the future of disability employment in Western Australia.

Impact highlight: 85% of participants placed in open employment have stayed in their roles, supported by mentoring and job-coaching.
