Our values

Developing our shared values was an important process in creating a strong foundation for Good Sammy’ Enterprises’ workplace culture.

Our values workshops reflected the good humour, kindness and thoughtful nature of our team, as we collaborated to condense our values into four key elements.

Importantly, these key elements are both inwardly and external facing because being brave, good, safe and empowered are equally important for our employees, volunteers and community.
