Ways to earn loyalty points

  • Sign up to the Good Club to earn 10 points.
  • Complete your profile to earn a bonus 20 points.
  • Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online and in-store.
  • Like us on Facebook or Instagram to earn 10 points each.

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online or in-store. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on Instagram and referring friends. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards.

Good Club members will be able to use your points to access shopping discounts. You will also have access to exclusive sales, promotions, events and competitions.

You can check your balance and rewards anytime by creating an account on our online store, shop.goodsammy.com.au. Use the “Earn Points” tab in the bottom left to check your points. Plus, each time you shop you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance.

When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you’ll be able to redeem it in store or online!

For online shoppers, make sure to create an account through our store, shop.goodsammy.com.au. Use the “Earn Points” tab on the bottom left to check your balance and claim your reward coupons. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar  at the checkout and click ‘Apply’. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order.

For our in-store shoppers, just let one of our team members know at the counter. We will remind you at the checkout if you have any rewards to spend.

Our intention is for customers not to be worse off. We will continue to honour stamp cards for the time being.

The Good Club points only expire if you do not redeem any points for a period of 12 consecutive months. We may also choose to terminate your membership or close your account if your membership remains inactive.

Terms and Conditions

  • Good Sammy reserves the right to modify or cancel Good Club points and rewards at any time
  • Good Club points and rewards can only be redeemed once
  • Good Club points and rewards are redeemable only by the Member and are non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash
  • If you redeem your Good Club reward for a purchase less than the full value of the reward, the balance of the reward is not redeemable on another purchase
  • If you return any of the items purchased with a Good Club reward, the discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit
  • Points expire after 12-months of inactivity.
  • Good Club rewards currently can not be redeemed at the Factory Outlet, but you may earn points for your purchases
  • All Members must sign up using a valid email address.
  • It is the responsibility of the Member to inform Good Sammy if their personal details change (such as email address). Without the Member’s correct details, we may not be able to contact the Member about their account or send offers or rewards
  • A Member may update their details or terminate their account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]
  • We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website
