South Lake Op Shop

Known for our good quality items and range of clothing at sensible set prices, our South Lake second-hand store is conveniently located outside the Lakes Shopping Centre.

It’s right next door to a great laundromat and clothing alterations business, so you can shop for your next outfit while you wait! There’s even a Salvos in the same complex, so you can thoroughly scratch that thrift shopping itch.

Our South Lake team of employees and volunteers support their community by donating goods to the Lakes Centre for events such as Easter, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and the Melbourne Cup. We are also a Containers For Change bag drop site, meaning you can drop off your drink containers and we will count, recycle and refund them for you!

With Cockburn Station only 3 kilometres away and several bus routes going through the area, students from South Lake Primary School, Yangebup Primary School and Lakelands High School are encouraged to drop in and find a bargain and chat to us about sustainable fashion.

By shopping, donating or volunteering with Good Sammy, you’re helping to create employment opportunities for Western Australians with disability and supporting our vision to transform workplaces and society through disability employment.
