This year we made significant strides in our mission to create meaningful employment for people with disability. Through our diverse social enterprises, we’re thrilled to have created 100 new jobs – a milestone that reflects our commitment to inclusivity and empowerment.

Annual Report 2023-24. 422 people with disability employed. 1.1 million customers purchased something from our retail stores. 51 per cent of workforce with a disability. 9 new Containers for Change refund points opened. We're not just op-shops! 5.2 million kilograms of donated items were processed, with most entering the circular economy for reuse. 52 million containers recycled, 22 million more than the previous year. 170 people with a disability completed a training program. Over 30 people with disability obtained open employment.
