Through our training and development programs, we support Western Australians with disability to build skills, grow confidence and take steps toward employment.

From retail and logistics to customer service and admin, our programs help participants gain practical experience and learn what it takes to succeed in different workplace environments. It’s not just about getting a job — it’s about learning how to adapt, connect, and thrive on the job.

We offer training pathways through programs like Work Ready and Work Skills, where participants build valuable skills across areas like financial literacy, effective communication, social confidence and other essentials for the working world.

Some of our programs also include the chance to gain recognised qualifications, such as a driver’s licence or forklift licence, providing even more pathways into employment.
