Beyond Bank

With support from Beyond Bank, Good Sammy is expanding the Good Sammy Academy – Disability Employment Pathway Program, an initiative designed to create inclusive pathways to employment for people with disability.

The Academy helps students build confidence, develop workplace skills, and make informed choices about their future. Through tailored learning experiences, mentoring, and on-the-job training, participants gain the tools and support they need to move into open employment or further education.

Since the partnership began, hundreds of people with disability have attained qualifications through the programs we offer and many have progressed into employment with Good Sammy or other inclusive workplaces. The partnership continues to strengthen the Academy, enabling us to support more participants to take the next step towards independence and employment.

Beyond the numbers, the partnership has fostered a community of growth and celebration. The annual Beyond Bank–supported Graduation Ceremony has become a highlight of the Academy calendar, recognising each participant’s achievement and reinforcing the value of inclusion and opportunity. We have also been fortunate to welcome Beyond Bank for corporate volunteering experiences and Lunch & Learn events.

Together with Beyond Bank, we are empowering people with disability to build their skills, make their own employment choices, and achieve lasting economic independence.
