With support from the Western Australian State Government through grant funding administered by the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER), Good Sammy is improving e-waste recovery across Western Australia through our Electronics Reuse Program.
The DWER grant has enabled our stores to test and tag donated electrical goods onsite, increasing the number of preloved items we can resell and keeping them in the circular economy.
This initiative reduces transport emissions, lowers landfill, lifts community education and provides new training opportunities for people with disability — building skills in electrical safety and equipment handling.
Together with DWER, we’re creating a more sustainable, inclusive future for WA.
