Nick Lim

People and Safeguarding Committee, Independent Member
Nick Lim is a strategy and transformation leader with more than 15 years’ experience improving business performance, organisational capability and workplace culture across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

He has held leadership and consulting roles with organisations including Alcoa, Covalent Lithium, BHP and Accenture, leading complex transformation and organisational improvement initiatives.

As Managing Director of Vivid Shore, Nick works with executive teams to align strategy, people and operations to deliver sustainable performance and meaningful change.
Nick holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and serves on the Good Sammy People and Safeguarding Sub-Committee.

Kirsty Moore

Audit and Risk Committee, Independent Member

Kirsty is a GAICD, Fellow of CPA Australia and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales. Until 2024, Kirsty was the CEO of Indigenous Business Australia, a Commonwealth Government agency where she worked for six years, following senior roles with the WA Government, National Australia Bank, and Specsavers Asia-Pacific.

Kirsty’s professional career is underpinned by audit and technical accounting experience gained in the London and Melbourne with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Moore UK and Australia.

Kirsty currently serves in governance roles with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Southern Cross Care WA, the WA Department of Treasury & Finance, the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority, and the Women’s Legal Service of WA. She has a degree in Economics from University College London and is a current master’s degree student in Public Policy (Economics) at the Australian National University.
