Appointment of new Non-Executive Director

Good Sammy Enterprises (Good Sammy) announces that Ms Anna Shave has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Board. She will also assume the role as Chair of the Investment Committee.

Ms Shave has extensive experience in a multi-decade career across the finance, investment, resources, and charitable sectors. Her non-executive director career spans organisations within funds management, hospitality and logistics, e-commerce, workforce management/EHS software, and philanthropy.

Ms Shave fills a vacancy on the Board created by the departure of Ms Elisa Fear, who has served on the Board and for Good Sammy for almost 10 years. Ms Fear has contributed extensively as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Investment Committee over that time.

Board Chair, Mr Trent Bartlett credited Ms Fear’s leadership for helping Good Sammy build and maintain a prudent balance sheet that allowed it to pursue growth of its social enterprises.
