Celebrating Good Sammy’s 2025 Graduates!

Good Sammy is incredibly proud to celebrate the achievements of its 2025 graduates from employment and training programs.

These programs, made possible through the generous support of partners such as Beyond Bank, Paul Ramsay Foundation, Uniting Church in the city and the Road Safety Commission, have equipped participants with life-changing skills, confidence, and opportunities for the future. Graduates took part in programs including Work Skills, Work Ready, DRIVE (Keys for Life), and training for driver’s and forklift licences.

It took me 10 years to get my driving licence but I’ve finally achieved it. Don’t give up,” Elizabeth Ellis, program graduate.

In addition, many graduates completed Certificates II and III in Retail, Hospitality, Supply Chain, and Business Administration, combining classroom learning with valuable on-the-job experience across Good Sammy locations over a two-year period.

The graduation event was a celebration of hard work, perseverance, and the many milestones achieved along the way.

This sentiment was reflected throughout the event, which acknowledged the contributions of students, families, registered training organisations like Insight Training, funding partners, and the dedicated Good Sammy teams who supported every step of the journey.
