Full compliance with zero non-conformances
Good Sammy completed the audit with full compliance and zero non-conformances. The result reflects an organisation-wide focus on delivering disability services that are safe, person-centred and focused on improving outcomes for the people we support.
What is an NDIS re-certification audit?
Registered NDIS providers are required to undergo regular audits to demonstrate compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators. The process includes reviewing policies, systems and evidence, as well as site visits, observations and interviews with participants, employees and key stakeholders.
This year’s audit was conducted over two and a half days across five Good Sammy locations. Auditors noted strong employee commitment and highlighted the genuine social connections, friendships and sense of belonging experienced at Good Sammy.
