We are so excited to share details of our upcoming sustainable fashion event, CIRCULAR by Good Sammy.
A leading advocate for circular fashion, operating more than 25 second-hand retail stores across the state, we were selected as a recipient of the State Government’s CBD Revitalisation Grant Program.
The grant will enable us to create an immersive and inclusive event that promotes circular economy and raises awareness about the importance of conscious consumerism.
The pop-up event aims to engage and inspire thousands of fashion enthusiasts, industry professionals, and the general public to embrace circular economy choices and revolutionise the way fashion is produced and consumed. The event will be held on Saturday 24 June at WA Museum Boola Bardip, located in the heart of Perth CBD.
With the generous support of the State Government, we will curate an exceptional event experience that encompasses various aspects of circular fashion, including upcycled, recycled and reused fashion.
We will collaborate with local circular fashion businesses and artisans to create a thriving marketplace within the event, offering attendees a chance to explore a vast curated collection of circular fashion garments. Exhibitions, workshops and panel discussions led by industry experts will educate visitors about circular fashion's positive impact on the environment and the importance of making conscious fashion choices.

“Circular and sustainable fashion is not just a trend but a vital movement towards a greener and more equitable future, and this event will play an important role in introducing people to the concept of circular economy. It will help people to realise that reducing the impact clothing has on climate crisis is easier than they think!
"With our mission being to create employment opportunities for people with disability, it goes without saying that this event is designed to be accessible for people with disability, and we encourage people of all abilities to come along. It will also showcase some very talented people with disability in circular economy roles.
